Damaged/Incorrect Item
I gladly accept returns and exchanges in case the product is damaged on arrival, or an incorrect product was delivered.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damaged product.
Damaged items are not required to be sent back.
Refunds
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact me for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
You need to return the item to the given address before I do the refund. Shipping costs are paid by you.
A 15% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Also, please note: I can accept only undamaged goods, that is properly packed in the original package.
Please, measure your wall/frame before you place your order.
